If your WIFIPLUG device is offline after setting it up with your BT Home Hub router, please follow the steps below.
Disable Smart Setup using the steps outlined in the BT Help Page. Once you have restarted your BT Home Hub router, you can move onto Step 2.
If your WIFIPLUG does not become available within 60 seconds first try powering it off for 10 seconds then turn it back on. This will allow it to establish a fresh connection.
If it remains unavailable after another 60 seconds delete the device and and set it up again.
