If your WIFIPLUG device is offline after setting it up with your BT Home Hub router, please follow the steps below.
Disable Smart Setup using the steps outlined in the BT Help Page. Once you have restarted your BT Home Hub router, you can move onto Step 2.
Restart setup with your WIFIPLUG device. Click here to return to the Support Home Page, choose your device and select the relevant setup guide for your mobile platform.
