There are a number of reasons why you may receive a "Connection Failed" message. The most common of which is that you are not connected to the Internet or your signal isn't strong enough. Please check that you are connected to the Internet by opening a webpage on your mobile device and/or browsing the Internet.
If you find that you are connected to the Internet with no issues then there may be a bit of temporary downtime at our end which will be resolved shortly. To see whether or not this is the case, click here to view the current WIFIPLUG server status.
As of December 2016 the older WIFIPLUG2 and WIFIPLUG V.1 apps have been discontinued causing any users to receive timeout error messages. If this affects you, please download the newer WIFIPLUG app.
